Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • To start a return, contact us at joe@positivelyrecords.la with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software/products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
